Responsabilities: Responsible for the building operation and maintenance of all facilities and utilities; develop and implement preventive maintenance program for all utilities and facility services
o Plan, schedule, and supervise HVAC Techs, Electricians, Mechanics, and Handyman daily activities and 24/7 operation to achieve maximum production while prioritizing customer request
o Perform periodic walk thru inspections to all building utilities and facilities in order to observe property and equipment conditions and initiate repairs as needed
o Prepare job estimates and quotations for additional works not included in contracted scope of work
o Schedules maintenance, repairs, and other services to least interfere with customer operations
o Conduct quarterly meetings with suppliers to review contract compliance, goals, milestones, and planning of special jobs.
o Assure that operational process are performed aligned with main office: Estimates, Proposals, Booking Packages, Work Orders, Service Reports, Invoices, and Payroll.
o Identify and implement energy efficiency measures.
o Promote and manage with ASI Safety Officer a culture to achieve Zero Accident service department. “Promotes Total Compliance” culture among employees. Assure on time reporting and investigation of Near Misses, Incidents, and Accidents as per ASI’s safety policy.
o Promote CARE program and customers Total Satisfaction thru excellence service and follow up.
o Promote ASI’s uniform code for service technicians and employees.
o Maintain positive working relationships with suppliers and service team
o Hire and terminate service employees as needed.
o In charge of performing employee evaluations, at least once a year.

Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related degree preferred
- Minimum experience 5 years in related field
- Decision making and problem solving oriented
- Experience in computer programs, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet.
- Ability to work under pressure and for long periods
- Fully bilingual (Spanish and English, oral and written)
